Enter the first and/or last name of a state employee.

Select an Agency / Department from the list to view employee phone numbers
currently on record. Please note that many agencies have multiple departments
or divisions. Therefore, you may have to submit requests for each department to
view all employee phone numbers for an agency. To minimize your search effort,
we are currently consolidating department and division data so that it appears
at the agency level for most agencies. We are also adding the main phone number
for each agency so you can contact the agency directly if necessary.

If you cannot find a state employee's information using the searches above, we
recommend that you contact the employee's agency. For agency contacts:

Directory (pdf) for agency phone numbers. Note that this publication is not the same as the online directory accessed above in the blue area. The North Carolina State Capitol Area Telephone Directory is updated once per year and requires Adobe Reader to view online. Also note that it provides contact numbers for all agencies and their departments/divisions as well as some administrative positions, but it does not include contact information for all employees. Changes to access a form where you can modify telephone numbers only. Once the form is submitted, any changes will be applied during the next regular weekly update.
To add, remove, or change an email address, contact your agency’s Human Resources or Personnel office and they will provide updated files to us. Note that files are updated weekly, so any changes may not be immediately apparent.
